Estate sale companies drop your prices everyday but our prices go up and up!

Estate sale companies are unregulated. As a seller, you have no protection if the estate sale company doesn't pay you and you aren't provided any transparency about what the estate sale company is selling your items for. Theft during onsite estate sales is problematic and almost impossible to prevent and theft and burglaries at night between sale days is becoming more and more common. After all, your house is vacant and anyone can walk in and see what you have. Online estate auctions are completely different! Your address is 100% confidential and not provided to anyone until the sale date. You won't have hundreds of people walking around your house, theft is all but eliminated and you get a complete line-by-line breakdown of what every item sells for.

Auctioneers are licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation however Texas DOES NOT require online auction companies to be licensed auctioneers. Not all online auction companies are licensed, in fact, most are not! We are a fully licensed and insured Texas Auction company (TX license # 18202). If you are shopping for an auction company, the FIRST question you should ask is if they are licensed. If they are not licensed, DO NOT use them as you will have no recourse when they fail to perform! Estate Sales companies are 100% unregulated do not require licensing.

Yes we do! While we prefer to keep your items at your location, we have a warehouse where your items can be staged, stored, photographed and sold from. If you want your items removed and sold from our warehouse, we can box everything up and have the sale from our location.
